I bought my new (to me) BMW mostly by email and texting. In the whole process Julie was totally professional, friendly, and easy to work with. After everything was set, I drove 2.5 hours, talking to Julie on the way. When I arrived, my car was backed in ready for a test drive, paperwork was completed, even the loan was approved with the interest rate I wanted. The car was exactly like pictured and described - no surprises at all. The price of the car was the best price of all similar cars i found within 150 miles from home. Service was great - I noticed the car had no manuals and they've ordered one to be delivered to my home. Man it's so nice to find honest, open, friendly people to work with. I'd go back in a minute. Thanks!

Probably the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Bought a vehicle sight unseen and the car was even better than described. From the salesman to the owner, these guys were beyond helpful and exactly what you would hope for.... great, timely, and honest communication and actions. Would highly recommend West Lake Imports.
